Pelican
Yacht Club is owned by the membership, their home away from
home. In order to hold any event at the club the banquet coordinator
must be contacted by a member that will host/sponsor your
groups function.

Q:
What charges can be I expect to see on my bill?
- The
pre-agreed price of the meal for your guaranteed person
count or actual number served; which ever is greater.
- A room charge of:

A Linen charge of $.65 per person. Specialty linens may be higher.

Pre - arranged beverage bill (Bar) - Cash bars will
require $100.00 fee per bartender. Gratuity is not included in cash bar prices. (Note - no fee required
on open bottled bar unless under 50 people).
* Any extra bar set up in club requires an additional $100.00 fee.

6.5% Florida Sales Tax (unless Tax exempt).

Dance floor charge (where applicable). $65.00

20% gratuity will be added automatically to all food
& beverage.

Payment for Florists, Ice Sculptures, Entertainment
or decorations are responsibility of the customer
and must be paid separately.

Any rental charges for specialized or additional equipment
needed beyond the Clubs capacity to supply. I.E. special
risers, additional chairs or tables, etc.

Any additional (exceptional labor) I.E. table side
carvings, $70.00 per carver or cook per 80 guests.

Any party over 225 guests will be required to provide a bathroom attendant at the charge of $50.00
- Cake cutting fee $.50 per person.

Q:
How many entrees may the group select from?
- For
parties ranging in size from 10 to 100 guests, three entree selections
may be offered.

For 100 to 150 guests, two entree selections may be
offered.

For 150 guests and above only one entree may be offered.
EACH
EVENT MUST HAVE A GUARANTEED COUNT PROVIDED TO THE CLUB
WITHIN THREE DAYS OF THE FUNCTION. THE PELICAN YACHT
CLUB ALSO NEEDS TO KNOW WHO HAS WHICH ENTREE. PLEASE
ASK THE MANAGEMENT FOR SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO DO SO.

Q:
How
and when is payment made ?
All charges "less deposits" are payable at the conclusion
of service rendered (date of the event). Unless authorized
arrangement has been made with the General Manager. VISA and Mastercard are accepted for your convenience.
Q: What
about arrival and departure time?
Depending
on the date of the event and in coordination of other possible
bookings we are bound by Florida Law. I.E. The building must
be vacated by 2:30 a.m.
Q: What
about advertising?
Pelican
Yacht Club's name cannot be used for any advertising without
the expressed written consent of Pelican Yacht Club authorities.
