ROOM CAPACITIES
Specialized seating can be arranged for Weddings, Receptions,
Buffets, Cocktail Parties or Business Functions in our Indian
River Room. (Seats up to 200 guests depending on seating
arrangements, buffets, dance floors, ect).
The
Main Dining Room is available with Board Approval Only for
groups of 225 guests or more, and has a capacity of 400 guests.
(Depending on seating arrangements).
DEPOSITS
A deposit of $200.00 must be received in order to hold a date
for your function. A deposit equal 50% of the food total (less
$200) will be required at the time of menu confirmation. If
your group is tax exempt, a copy of your certificate must
accompany your contract.
Reservations
for December parties will require a room deposit of $500.00
to confirm the date of function. In the event of a cancellation
under 60 days prior to the function date, the deposit must
be considered non-refundable.
MENU PLANNING
Groups ranging from 10 to 100 guests may select up to three
entrees, providing you supply a guaranteed count for each
selection. You must also provide us with a way to determine
who has which entree.
Groups
from 100-150 guests may select two entrees.
Groups
over 150 guests may choose only one entree. Menu plans must
be completed with our coordinator two weeks in advance of your
function.
A
guaranteed head count is required 72 business hours in advance
of your event. All charges are based on the guarantee or actual
number served, whichever is greater.
BUFFET SERVICE
Available for groups of 50 or more. Buffet lunches and dinners
are built according to the items and entrees you wish to serve. No pre-set buffets are provided within this menu. PRICES QUOTED ARE SUBJECT TO INCREASE AS MARKET DEMANDS. Entire amount of invoice, less any deposit, is due on date of function unless prior arrangements have been made with the General Manager.
MEETINGS AND SEMINARS
Let the staff at Pelican Yacht Club coordinate your successful
business meetings, luncheon or seminar. Multiple function
areas will accommodate groups of five to 400. A special private
room in the Captain's Loft is an ideal setting for seminars
and multimedia presentations for up to 40 people. Special
equipment can be arranged for your group upon request.
LINEN FEES
A fee of $.50 per person will be added to your bill for all
functions. For Special Functions or Weddings please ask the
Banquet Coordinator for a selection of colors. Note: Certain
colors may cost more.
CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST
$6.95 per person. Includes set-up, ice water, coffee, hot
tea, juice, Fruits, and assorted Danish.
